Over the last decade the amount of kids being hospitalized for eating disorders has jumped to 119 percent and the obesity rates for kids has also increased.

In this interview on ABC, Phoenix on the Smart Family television show, Caroline discusses the pressures on young women to be perfect, sometimes starting with the wrong role-modeling in their own families.
