Caroline Adams Miller was interviewed on August 28th by Dr. Jen Mann for Channel Q about the upcoming reissue of her 5th book, Creating Your Best Life, in December 2020. In this interview Caroline shares what made the book so unique and why it continues to be a top seller in goal-setting, how checklists have become the new metrics of progress for learning and performance goals, and how we can all cultivate grit to help us with our hardest and most meaningful goals. In particular, Caroline stresses that the entire world has entered a learning goal condition because of the changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic, and why this means that we have to reset all of our goals immediately using the best of what science, and her new BRIDGE methodology, can teach us.
