Caroline shared her thoughts with Wisdom Coalition founders Kim Howie and Nancy Werteen on how we can raise children with grit, role model it as adults, and why she believes it could be the most important quality anyone can cultivate to achieve meaningful success.  She also shares about how women can join together to support other women’s success with the #share222 movement – share two other women’s achievements to two social media platforms twice a week.  That way women can cultivate “relational grit” and provide role modeling for other women who will benefit.
