Caroline was a guest on a 30-minute BBC 5 Live interview along with two other British professional women around the topic of women, confidence, and the ways in which society – and even other women – undermine women’s success.  Caroline described her approach to combating this type of problem with her #share222 initiative, and why this issue is among the most important facing women all over the world.
