Coaching
Programs and Fees
Coaching comes in many levels (programs) and is always affordable. If coaching
is to be successful, there needs to be a natural "fit" between the
coach and the client. For that reason,
I offer a complimentary half-hour session
so that you can get a feel for my approach and I can get a sense of
your goals and motivation. The people who do the best are those who
are clear about their goals and who have the determination to reach
them with the help of a qualified coach. Here is a listing of
the different levels of Coaching. If you need help in deciding

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

TeleCoaching: The Partnership Level
8 thirty-minute sessions per month (two per week), unlimited
email, as well as emergency "coaching on the spot" on nights and
weekends.

TeleCoaching: Change Your Life
Level
Coaching on the phone — four
45-minute sessions per month,
E-mail and short calls in between, as needed.

TeleCoaching: Transformation
Level
Coaching on the phone — four
30-minute sessions per month,

TeleCoaching: Just Do It! Level
Coaching on the phone — three 45-minute sessions per month:

TeleCoaching: Kickstart Your Life
Level
Coaching on the phone — three 30-minute sessions per month,
E-mail and short calls in between, as needed.

TeleCoaching: Keep It Going! Level
Two half-hour calls per month, with unlimited email between calls.
This level is reserved for either current clients who have
achieved many of their goals and who wish to continue coaching on
a less intense level; or other coaches who are familiar with
coaching principles and can sustain focus and energy towards
achieving goals between twice-monthly calls.

One-Time Kick in the Pants
One thirty-minute session to create a blueprint for a client who
wants direction in goal-setting and accountability, but who
can't commit to regular calls.
During this session, the client will fill out a coaching calendar
with short-, medium- and long-term goals that can be used to stay
on task and provide personal accountability.

Coaching Comes to You™
I will call you at a predetermined time on selected days to
remind you of your goals and make sure you remain committed. Up
to five calls per week, five minutes in length.

Fees are
paid one month in advance. Checks, money orders and credit cards are
accepted for your convenience.
Happiness Coaching
“Happiness
Coaching,” is designed to help you learn more
about your individual well-being setpoint, Signature
Strengths, gratitude, grit and much more. In fact
U.S.News & World Report stated that it's #1 recommendation to
change your life in 2007 was to "Get Happy!" In six
sessions, I will review the highlights of the research
in
Positive Psychology,
give research-validated assignments that will help you learn more
about how to change your happiness levels, and give you the tools
and knowledge to continue to grow and change in this area.
“Happiness Coaching” is offered in a six-week package. Fees
available upon request
GROUP COACHING
-
Mastermind Success Groups
- two one-hour coaching calls each month,
with a three-month minimum required for group cohesiveness and
consistency. These groups are designed for people who want a
supportive, consistent setting to help with goal focus and
accomplishment on a continuing basis. Fees available upon
request
