NEW
BOOK!
In
1988, Caroline Miller published the first book
by a survivor of bulimia called “My Name is Caroline,” (Doubleday), that has sold
tens of thousands of copies
since its first publication,
and that continues to
inspire many to seek their
own recovery. To mark the
20th anniversary of that
book’s ground-breaking
publication,
Gurze Books
will be publishing “I’m
Still Caroline,” which will
be the first book written by
a bulimia survivor with
twenty-plus years of
recovery.

Researchers
have found that there are several
Positive Interventions that you can
perform in your own life to change your
happiness levels, both short-term and
for months and years afterwards. For
best results, it’s advised to
occasionally change the Positive
Interventions to keep them fresh and
active in your life. Here are a few
that have been shown to be very effective
in bolstering well-being and creating a
more grateful, optimistic outlook:
The
Bucket List movie has inspired many people across the
country to create and take action on their "bucket
lists." "It's not enough to react to life on a
day-by-day basis. People need a road map. Life lists
are one of the best ways to plumb the depths of the
human psyche," says Caroline Adams Miller, an
author and life coach who encourages clients to
create a 100-item list.
