With the temperatures on the rise, people everywhere are trying to get into shape. The most difficult thing to shape while looking to shed pounds is the cravings for a little morsel of something sweet and salty. According to a recent food study by Yale those food cravings are actually similar to the cravings a drug addict has for another hit.
Caroline Adams Miller joins the Fox News team to tell more about this including how she was able to shake her own addiction of food.
