What is Coaching?
Coaching is a focused partnership
between two people that helps the client define and achieve the
results they desire in any area of their life. In recent years,
coaching has gone from being solely sports-focused to being a staple
in many corporations, as well as in the lives of individuals who
long to have their own goals accomplished in a new and effective
way.
At Caroline Miller Coaching LLC, I help each client move past his or
her mental or physical limitations to develop:
1. A blueprint for change
2. A clearly-defined set of steps to achieve those changes
3. Accountability to ensure that the steps are carried out
4. New skills and awarenesses so that the client can learn how to
successfully create and accomplish any goal once our coaching

Coaching is a distinct profession that differs from consulting and
psychotherapy in significant ways, but that can be used as a
complementary approach in personal and professional situations.
Coaching focused on an active, goal-directed approach to creating a
defined future, while other disciplines, such as psychotherapy, rely
more on intrapsychic approaches to heal previous wounds.
