Coaching is the most effective method available if you want to use
professional support and training to identify and achieve meaningful goals. I
have a unique niche that appeals to men and women all over the world who want to
use my passion for goal accomplishment research and Positive Psychology to help
them become happier and more productive.

Together,
we identify the goals that will help clients achieve what they desire, and with
the most cutting-edge research available on goal accomplishment and happiness,
we design and execute a personal game plan for success.
Coaching is not for everyone. It is challenging, but also exhilarating because
of the self-esteem that emerges from going outside one’s comfort zone to get
more out of life. I’m often called upon to assist people who have run into the
following familiar roadblocks:
● Someone who has gotten insights into what
they need to accomplish, but they do not have enough support or accountability
to make changes in a focused way. These are often people who have had therapy or
who are still working with someone in that field, but who need coaching avoid
introspective stagnation that can occur in some therapeutic situations.
● People who know that they are facing big
changes at work, in their personal lives, or both, and who want accountability
and goal-setting strategies to help them sort through their options and take
decisive action.
● Men and women who want to re-enter the
workforce or change careers.
● People who have a “bucket list” and who want
to get started on knocking off life goals.
● College and graduate school students who want
to create their own authentic goals to avoid going down a career path of someone
else’s choosing.
● Men and women who want more out of life, as
well as a zestful infusion to help them have hope about their future options.
My approach is extremely effective, and I’ve found that the vast majority of my
clients achieve the goals they bring into our work. Once I commit to a client, I
become their advocate, friend and challenging force. I require at least three
months of commitment to coaching to maximize our effectiveness, and I often work
with clients for well over a year or more to ensure that they achieve their
objectives.
My goal is to teach clients how to coach themselves so that they can use my
tools and worksheets to help themselves in any arena of life that calls to them.
In the last ten years, I have been delighted to coach clients to achieve
hundreds of results, including some of the following:
● Publishing books
● Changing careers
● Losing weight and becoming fitter and
healthier
● Developing a vibrant and supportive network
of friends
● Creating and running successful businesses
● Getting elected to public office
● Becoming better organized and more productive
in multiple ways
● Becoming successful coaches in a wide variety
of niches
● And much more!
Since coaching works best when the “fit” is right between the coach and client,
I offer one complimentary thirty-minute session to explain my philosophy to
clients and to understand why they believe coaching can be of assistance. If you
