Coaching others to "GO FOR THE GOAL!" is the
culmination of the decades of work both professionally
and personally.
Now that I am in my
forties, I am in the healthiest and most rewarding
decade of my life. Through the process of challenging
myself and setting aggressive goals, I've raised three
wonderful children, participated in a rewarding 20-year
marriage, created a home-based business, taken up scuba
diving, traveled alone in foreign countries, gotten a
black belt at the same time as my daughter, deepened
close friendships, traveled to spiritual retreats,
mentored other women in the formation of their own
businesses,
spoken at numerous colleges and universities about
health and balance, and begun to perform as a piano
accompanist at public musical performances.
Among the many sports I
regularly participate in are running, hiking, walking,
swimming, squash, biking, yoga, Pilates, rollerblading
and racquetball. Because I believe in the marriage of
sound mind/sound body, I make sure that my days are
balanced between fitness, meditation, family time, work
and friends. |
