You’re so busy that the notion of alone time probably feels foreign, but that’s worth changing, says positive psychology expert Caroline Miller. “When you take time to fulfill your passions, you become more interesting to your spouse and bring emotional flourish to life and to your relationship.” That’s enough reason to make hobby time a priority, especially if you can find something to enjoy together.
